La Fabrique Givrée makes 100% natural ice creams and sorbets with original flavors. Three childhood friends, pastry chef Jérémie Runel, Martin and Hugues, decided to give life to a brand that resembles them, using their native Ardèche as a starting point. They choose their products carefully : nectarines from Saint-Rémy de Provence, dates from Lebanon, hazelnuts from Ardèche,... They change the menu twice a year and offer summer and winter collections. Everything is homemade, including their toppings: roasted hazelnuts, soft caramels, "crazy meringues". 23 fragrances can be either find on their website, or directly in shops.
