ScanUp has built the largest reliable database on the French market, aggregating nutritional and environmental indicators on more than 450,000 food products (Nutri-Score, degree of processing, Eco-Score, etc.) in order to assess the market.

Using this data, ScanUp informs consumers about the quality of their products through a mobile application.

At the same time, ScanUp supports food manufacturers and distributors in France in their market knowledge and the development of their innovations by carrying out two types of studies:
- Positioning studies which make it possible to assess and position its ranges in a competitive world through different indicators (Nutri-Score, degree of transformation, Eco-Score). ScanUp can link its studies to product sales performance (with its partner IRI).
- Product co-creation studies with its community that allow a concept to be tested and validated with tens of thousands of consumers before its launch. Targeting of panelists is possible to respond to a specific market.
