Innovations For Life S.R.L. is a startup developing innovative solutions to produce bioactive compounds that are useful for the formulation of new functional foods, novel foods and healthy products. Our innovative technologies are designed to meet the specific needs of the food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, pet food and cosmetics industries. Innovations For Life has developed and experimented on a laboratory scale a new process which constitutes a novelty in the field of citrus processing. This advanced technology is able to take advantage of the citrus pulp, making this by-product(Pastazzo) useful for different applications. The new process allows to obtain products with high added value such as bioflavonoids, soluble dietary fibers (pectin) and insoluble and does not require the use of solvents. Since 2020 we have been dealing also with the packaging of citrus juices with a production cycle that ranges from the preparation of the juice blends to their packaging in Brick format, with its own brand or in private label for the subsequent placing on the market of the Gdo, Horeca and Beverage Industries.
